What is my space limit?
The only space limit you have at all is the max file size you can upload is 30 MB (and if you are on a paid account,
that limit is raised). Otherwise, you can upload
all the files you want, as long as no one single file is greater than 30 MB.
What do I do if my file size is above the limit?
If your file size is above the limit and you cannot upload it, there are several utilities available to cut a file
into parts. One such available is WinRar.
With WinRar, you can split the files below the limit in order to upload them, and then put them back together again once you have downloaded them back.
Who can download my files?
Anyone can who has the link to go download it. No password, FTP account, or anything is required.
Where can people download my files?
When you upload your file, there will be a link that you can click on which goes to your file. There will also be an example link below all the files in your file manager.
What does it mean when it asks to share my files?
When you share your files, that means your file is searchable along with all the other shared files on the Come2Store server network.

What does it mean when it asks to protect my files?
All apparently inactive files (those that have not been downloaded in 20 days) are automatically deleted. However, you can "protect" some files from being
deleted in this automatic process. Warning: this is just a test system. Your file may be deleted anyway if it is found to be illegal or any other reason it should
not be there!
Why are uploads on or off?
The servers have automatic handlers to check the free space and turn the uploads on or off. If the uploads are off on one
server, check another and begin uploading. We are constantly adding new servers and deleting old files, so check

All you have to do is signup, then login, and you will see the area to upload your files under file manager.
Can I use FTP to upload my files?
Yes you may if you upgrade to a Platinum account.
